The electrical conductivity of Beryllium Copper ranges from 20 to 70 IACS, depending on alloy and temper.Beryllium Copper exhibits excellent resistance to fatigue, it is also used in components where a long life in service with a cycle stress environment is needed. Beryllium Copper can attain the tensile strength of 1500 N/mm2 through precipitation hardening and can withstand very high bending stress.Applications:It has many specialized applications in tools for hazardous environments, Oilfield tools, musical instruments, precision measurement devices, Robotic welding, bullets, Landing gears, and aerospace. Beryllium alloys present a toxic inhalation hazard during manufacture.
