Our Plant is equipped with complete sophisticated Aluminium Extrusion production facilities with installed extrusion machines as follows: Imported Extrusion Press machine with the capacity of 1470 Metric Tons. M/s. Siddharth Hydrolic (India) Extrusion Press machine with the capacity of 900 Metric Tons. SPM Controls (India) Extrusion Press machine with the capacity of 600 Metric Tons. Our Facilities: Hot top casting facility (imported from Civardi, Italy) EDM Machine Zigzag wirecut Machine Tool Room Facilities Machine VMC (Vertical Milling Center) Machine Nitriding Machine Spectro Machine (testing of different alloys) Universal U.T.S. Testing machine and brinal hardness testing machine Good Equipped Quality Lab. Hydrant Testing Facilities for Irrigation Tubes (22 to 28kg/sqcm) And other related facilities. Ramco Extrusion manufactures different types of profiles & heat sinks for the customers in the companies in Aluminum alloys on regular basis. We are also upgrading our facilities to supply ready to fix windows, doors & partitions etc. as per customer's requirement, using latest technology of fabrication. Our Main market is India (local market) but we are also looking for the overseas market.
