Kiri Industries Limited (KIL) and Well Prospering Limited (WPL), wholly owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Longsheng Group Co. Limited, China, entered into a joint venture on 24th May, 2008 to form Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Limited (LKCIL) to manufacture various types of dyes with an installed capacity of 50,000 MTPA in India. KIL holding 40% stake and WPL holding 60% stake in the Company.
