Ritver Anti Carbonation Paint PW 3612 is a high-performance protective coating formulated to prevent the ingress of carbon dioxide, chloride ions, and moisture into concrete structures. It is designed to extend the service life of reinforced concrete by reducing carbonation-induced corrosion of steel reinforcement. The coating offers excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and flexibility to withstand thermal movements.

Substrates: Concrete, cement render, and masonry surfaces.
Area of Use: Exterior walls, bridges, parking structures, tunnels, and other exposed reinforced concrete surfaces.
Diluent: PT 7001.
Coverage: 4–6 m²/L at 150 microns DFT, depending on the substrate condition.
Drying Time (30°C):
Touch dry: 1–2 hours
Recoat: 4–6 hours
Recommended Coats: 2 coats for optimal protection.
